Paste the licence key from your email into the installer's last step or the panel's Settings. It needs the internet once and works offline after that. Updated 28 October 2026 After you [buy a licence](https://mixroadie.com/pricing/), the key comes by email. There is no account and nothing to sign in to. ## Activating it Paste the key in either place: - the **installer’s last step**, or its status screen’s **Licence** button - the panel’s **Settings** Activating needs the internet once. After that the licence is checked on your own computer, so Mixroadie works offline. ## Two computers One licence covers two computers at a time, such as a studio machine and a laptop. To move it to a new one, free a place first on the old computer: **Settings ▸ Licence & app ▸ Move to another computer**. ## Updates A licence doesn’t expire. It includes a year of updates. After that, the version you have keeps working, unchanged. Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder, then write to us with the address you paid with. Still stuck?
