# Refund policy

**If Mixroadie isn't for you, you get your money back within 14 days of buying it.** No reason needed.

## How to ask for a refund

Email <support@mixroadie.com> with the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also ask Paddle directly at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net/). The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

## Who refunds you

Licences are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. Paddle takes the payment and issues the refund.

## What happens to the licence

A refunded licence key can no longer be activated. Mixroadie stops accepting it on new computers.

## After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion — write to us anyway if something went wrong, for example if Mixroadie won't run on your computer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

## Try before you buy

The free 7-day trial gives you the full app on one song, without a card, so you can check it works with your computer and your projects before paying.
