Refund policy

If Mixroadie isn't for you, you get your money back within 14 days of buying it. No reason needed.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@mixroadie.com with the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Who refunds you

Licences are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. Paddle takes the payment and issues the refund.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence key can no longer be activated. Mixroadie stops accepting it on new computers.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion — write to us anyway if something went wrong, for example if Mixroadie won't run on your computer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The free 7-day trial gives you the full app on one song, without a card, so you can check it works with your computer and your projects before paying.
