Who we are
Mixroadie is made by Vincent Will, Landsberger Allee 171d, 10369 Berlin, Germany (support@mixroadie.com) — "we" in these terms. By downloading, installing or using Mixroadie, you agree to them.
Buying through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, sales tax and VAT, and returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
The licence
- A licence is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It does not expire.
- It includes a year of updates from the day you buy. Versions released after that year are not included; the version you have keeps working.
- It can be active on two computers at a time. You can move it between your computers in the app's settings.
- It is for you. Do not share, resell or publish your licence key.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
We may deactivate a key that is shared publicly, bought fraudulently, refunded or charged back.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days and works on one song. One trial per person and computer. No payment details are needed, and it ends by itself.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Your music
Your songs, recordings and projects stay yours. We claim no rights in them, and Mixroadie never uploads your audio. See the privacy policy.
Using Mixroadie
- Mixroadie suggests changes and only applies the ones you approve. You decide what goes into your mix.
- It backs up your project before every change, but keep your own backups of work that matters.
- If you connect a cloud AI provider with your own account, that provider's terms apply to what you send it.
Warranty and liability
We work to make Mixroadie reliable, but we cannot promise it works with every computer, project or plugin, or that it is free of errors. Try it with the free trial first.
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not take away what you already paid for.
Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
